Lunch, Day 9

I haven't posted many food photos. It's hard to capture how nicely the food is presented, and, of course, you'll have to take my word that the taste has been incredible. Some things have been better than others, but nothing has been bad.

Two of our favorites to date were at lunch today in the dining room: G had a grilled minute steak, and I had a roasted red pepper stuffed with eggplant, zucchini, asparagus and broccoli in a tomato sauce. Wow.

We're heading to a wine tasting at 3pm, Skywalkers for pre-dinner drinks at 5pm, dinner at 6pm and a production show (Motor City- the songs of Motown- our favorite) afterwards. Tonight is formal night, and then that's over with until Sunday. One of us doesn't mind formal nights at all...and it's not the one you might think.

The sea has been a bit roll-y today. I think they said (on the noon update from the bridge) that the waves were 5 feet. Hardly difficult, but the stabilizers are being deployed. We could hear them under us while at lunch in the DaVinci Dining Room on Deck 6 midship.
