It's almost 11:30pm, so this will be quick.
We had a wonderful dinner served by Suttipong and his junior waiter Somphong, also from Thailand, and then excitedly hurried to the first Beatlemaniacs show. So good to see them perform! Then the Emerald Princess orchestra was playing jazz in the Adagio Lounge (called Jazzio in the Adagio) and we enjoyed listening to that for nearly an hour. The music director Gordon, who plays the sax, is from Cambridge, Ohio, which is where G's dad was from, and we spent a bit of time talking about that.
I'm fading fast here, so will end it at that. Despite the rain, we had a wonderful day on our first island visit of the winter.
