Evening, Day 12

We made a short stop in Skywalkers and were surprised to see the last few minutes of the Packers- Lions game being shown in there. That's never happened before, at least not during the Elite lounge hours. For some reason, that game wasn't shown on MUTS (the big outdoor screen)...at least it wasn't listed in the Patter. There were two later games being shown out there, but without a dog in the fight, we didn't attend.

I ordered the smoked salmon and crayfish appetizer tonight at dinner and was shocked to see it served with a creature. It tastes delicious, and I'll order it again, but next time I'll ask for it to be creature-free (the eyes just did me in). We had been given a bottle of Korbel Brut and enjoyed it with dessert tonight. Look at those berries (the ice cream is G's)!

Then, we snuck into the juggler's performance just as it started. We don't generally do jugglers, but we had caught his short performance in the Piazza late last cruise and be was funny and talented. His show was great; his juggling was good but his showmanship really sold it.

Then it was a quick, 5-minute Beatles medley in the Piazza performed by the Emerald Princess singers and dancers, and finally a few minutes of the Emerald Princess 7-piece orchestra doing a dance set in Club Fusion. By then I was stifling big yawns, and it was time to end our day.
