Eight cruise ships in port

Look closely in the first photo and you'll see a small police boat near the Emerald Princess, preventing private boats from getting too close. Look a little further back and you'll see another one. Despite all the boat traffic, the police kept a secure area around all the cruise ships. If a boat got too close, the blue lights on the police boats would flash and they would descend on the boat, telling it over their loudspeaker to move away.
