We particularly enjoyed our time in Skywalkers tonight. The 6pm departure (many ports are 5pm) coupled with the timing of sunset (about 5:30pm) and the beauty of the island's mountains made for an incredible sailaway.
Dinner was delicious and the service...well, let's just say it's flawless. We had surf and turf, and G took the turf (filet mignon) and I enjoyed the surf (jumbo shrimp). This shrimp, along with the special shrimp tempura appetizer that was prepared for us, as well as the shrimp I had at lunch makes me one happy camper.
But, we've hit a wall, and we're in the cabin early tonight, at 7:30pm, to watch TV and have an easy evening. We have a 7am arrival into Grenada tomorrow, and these 5:30am wake ups I've been doing to allow me to walk and watch the sunrise have us early to bed tonight. This is a marathon, not a sprint, and we have to pace ourselves.
Here's a photo of tonight's cheese offerings at Skywalkers. One of these days we need to skip dinner and just enjoy drinks and hors doerves in Skywalkers for a couple of hours.
