While the ship was making its 180 degree turn in the basin in Port Everglades, I was able to take this photo of what it looks like from a ship. Berth 2, where the Emerald Princess usually docks, would be on the west side of a channel perpendicular to this, on the left side of the photo.
You just never know what you'll see here (which is why G would love living here overlooking the water). Today we saw a sailing school with at least 40 sailboats with slack sails being pulled out to the ocean. They looked rather charming amongst all the super-yachts.
