We see evidence of gifts from China (hospitals, stadiums, power plants) all over these Caribbean islands, but this was the first stairway project we've ever seen. After walking over cobblestone streets and stone stairways hundreds of years old, and up steep paths in disrepair, these were a welcome way to descend from the fort.
