This area is just west of Havensight, the primary cruise ship dock in Charlotte Amalie. When we first started coming to St. Thomas, this was a run down commercial area. In recent years it has been developed into very high end stores (Coach, Gucci, etc.), restaurants, expensive condos and dockage for huge yachts.
