Today was not too sunny, not too hot, and we have been waiting for a day like this on Princess Cays to do some walking along the beach. So around 10:30am, we left the official Princess Cays beach and started walking north along the water. It wasn't always easy; sometimes we had to climb over huge (and sharp!) coral rocks to continue our hike northward. Finally, after about 75 minutes, we climbed up a sand dune along the shore and found this road leading through the tropical jungle. We weren't certain where it led (we suspected it led to the main road running north and south on the island), but decided to walk 30 minutes to see if we reached that road. If we didn't reach it in 30 minutes, we'd backtrack. Luckily, we reached the road in just under 30 minutes, and then it was another 30 minute or so walk back to the road entrance to Princess Cays, which we'd never seen before, as we always approach from the water.
